Illegal Tobacco Premises Shut Down After Seizure in Binnaway

Warrumbungle Shire Council advises that a significant enforcement action was undertaken on Monday, 9 February 2026, following reports from local residents regarding the alleged unlawful sale of tobacco products from newly opened premises in Binnaway.

Level 1 Water Restrictions Introduced for Binnaway

The Binnaway community is advised that Level 1 water restrictions will commence from midnight on Tuesday, 10 February 2026, and will remain in place until further notice.
