Coonabarabran Community Consultation Meetings
Councillors and Council senior staff attend Community Consultation Meetings twice per year in each of the 6 Warrumbungle Shire towns: Baradine, Binnaway, Coolah, Coonabarabran, Dunedoo, Mendooran, and once per year in the village of Goolhi, to listen to community feedback. Community consultation is an important opportunity for local residents and Council to come together in discussion about which matters are most important in each town.
Agenda submissions from community members are open one month prior to meetings, and close two full working days prior to each meeting. The meeting agenda is distributed one day prior to each meeting, is available on Councils’ website, and also available in hard copy at each meeting.
