A draft Voluntary Planning Agreement (VPA) between Warrumbungle Shire Council and Squadron Energy (SCWF Project Co Pty Ltd) has been prepared in respect of Development Application No. SSD-41134610 for the Spicers Creek Wind Farm which was approved by the Independent Planning Commission on 31 October 2024.

Exhibition Period: from 12 March 2025 to 23 April 2025
Written submissions are invited from members of the public and should be addressed to the General Manager. The deadline for submissions is 23 April 2025.
