Food Premises
The NSE Food Authority is the regulator for Food Premises throughout New South Wales. Councils role in ensuring compliance with the NSW Food Standards is to undertake food premise inspections on a yearly basis and any additional inspections required when food complaints are received by the Council or NSW Food Authority.
Council staff also undertake inspections associated with Mobile Food vendors, markets and temporary events (including local shows)
